GMS does not allow the STAT command at this point in the connection. This command can only be issued by clients that have successfully authenticated.
In this case session Undefined received the STAT command from the client at IP Address Undefined. The client had not authenticated at that time.
No action is required by you. If the mail client follows Internet Standards, it will continue without interruption.
