Answer
The POP3 client issued a QUIT command to close down the connection and have the mailbox updated. However, GMS was unable to close the folder correctly and returned an error. Usually these errors occur when the mailbox is being accessed via more than one protocol (e.g. IMAP4 and Web as well as POP).
In this case session Undefined was processing the mailbox for Undefined@Undefined with the client at IP address Undefined. When GMS attempted to close the folder, the error Undefined (number Undefined) occurred.
In the worst case, the user may find that the email that they downloaded will be available the next time they log on. To find out more about the problem, check the definition of the error code. If this problem persists and you have a support contract, you should contact Gordano Support.
