What is alert 8142?
A user has attempted to logon to this GMS system which is part of a load sharing configuration using the POP3 protocol but failed. The account would never exist on this machine. The user will need to reconfigure their mail client to log onto the specificed machine.
Unlike IMAP4 or GMS Webmail POP3 does not allow the user to be automatically redirected to the correct machine for their account.
In this case, session Undefined was processing a connection from a client at Undefined. The user claimed to be Undefined@Undefined but should have connected to the machine at Undefined.
To resolve the problem you will need to tell the user to reconfigure their client to log on to the correct server.
