GMS asked the operating system to delete a temporary file, but the operating system has refused and returned an error.
In this case, session Undefined is processing a connection from Undefined which was processing email apparently from Undefined for Undefined (if there are multiple receipts for the message, this is the first recipient). GMS attempted to delete the file Undefined and got an operating system error of Undefined.
This problem is often seen when legacy software (e.g. VSM), backup, anti-virus or other software is installed on the server which accesses GMS’s data files. For example, the anti-virus software may have locked the file in order to carry out a check on it but has prevented GMS from accessing and processing it correctly. If you do not have any other programs accessing Gordano’s directory structure, you should contact Gordano Support.
