Answer
A remote system has attempted to change to the secure channel but is already using it! Therefore GMS has told the remote server/client that a secure connection is already available.
In this case, thread Undefined was processing a connection from Undefined which gave the command
Undefined
GMS Secure Socket Layer responded with
Undefined
In order to resolve this you will need to contact the administrator of Undefined and ask them to contact their vendor to ensure that their system is Internet Standard compliant.
