A remote system has attempted to start a secure connection with GMS by issuing the ESMTP command STARTTLS. The Internet Standard for SSMTP states that there are no parameters for this command, yet the remote system included parameters.
In this case, thread Undefined was processing a connection from Undefined which gave the command

GMS Secure Socket Layer responded with
Undefined
In order to resolve this you will need to contact the administrator of Undefined and ask them to contact their vendor to ensure that their system is Internet Standard compliant.
