Answer
A remote system has attempted to re-start the secure connection in order to send email to GMS. Because the first attempt failed, the remote server must disconnect and start again if it wishes to use a secure connection. Alternatively the remote server could send the message in plain text.
In this case, thread Undefined was processing a connection from Undefined which gave the command
Undefined
GMS Secure Socket Layer responded with
Undefined
In order to resolve this you will need to contact the administrator of Undefined and ask them to contact their vendor to ensure that their system is Internet Standard compliant.
