Answer
A remote system issued a RCPT command to GMS with no source address so GMS has rejected the command. The email address of the recipient of the message is required by the Internet Standards.
In this case session Undefined was processing a connection from the server/client at Undefined apparently from Undefined when it received the command
Undefined
so GMS responded with
Undefined
If this problem is caused by a remote system which does not comply with Internet Standards you will need to contact the owner of the server at Undefined and ask them to contact their software suppliers for an updated version. If this problem is caused by a mail client, you should either speak to the person using the mail client to check their configuration or contact the software suppliers for an updated version.
