What happens if I try to restore a setup.txt from a different version to the one I am running?

We have added error handling to help you make any transitions from machine to machine as easy as possible.

We have added a version number check to stop a restore if version numbers are different. We have also added a feature to replace the key on a new machine with that in setup.txt.
