Question
I get a “Licence Expired” message returned in the SMTP protocol when sending a message to another server running GMS Mail and GMS Webmail.
Answer
Gordano products have license violation code included in them. The license allows you to run the activation key on a single machine. If you are running a second mail server using the same licence as you use on your main mail server, you are breaking the license agreement. In this case the 2 servers will be unable to communicate with each other returning a “Licence expired” message as part of the SMTP protocol.
The solution is to contact sales@gordano.com and purchase a legitimate licence for the second mail server. Your licence only allows you to run GMS Mail on a single server.
