GMS Webmail allows you to have address books available to users, which contain contact information.
Address books are available at the system, domain and user level. System Address books can be made available to all users on the system, Domain address books to all users in a domain, and User address books to a single user.
A user can create and manage their own address books of contact details, which can contain email address, phone numbers, address details etc for both home and work.
