Question
I am unable to either Start or Stop any of the NTMail Services through the WWW interface. The buttons on the Control Services page all show "Start" and clicking on them has no effect.
Answer
This may be seen if the NTMail services login as an account with the least possible amount of rights, specifically only a member of “Users”. If you make this user a member of the “Administrators” group, the buttons should become available again.
