Symptoms
- The WorkgroupMail Administrator fails to start when installation has just been completed.
- The WorkgroupMail Administrator cannot be started from the Start menu

The WorkgroupMail Administrator program is dependent on having Internet Explorer 4.0 or later installed on the system. Install Internet Explorer 4.0 or later and then start the Administrator program from the Start menu.
