Question
If I setup a schedule in 4.01H with an existing DUN connection, it fails with “Check you NT RAS settings”. If instead (as I am forced to do now) I setup a custom connection (both main and retry), the connection fails a lot and it makes no attempt to use the alternate connection.

What DID work was removing Internet explorer 4.01 NT and it’s associated files.
Back with the original NT 4.0 Workstation setup for Internet explorer (Ver 3.xx) and all working OK.
