Only some members receive list postings

Question

My list licence covers me for the size of the list but when posting to a large list only some members of the list receive the list mail.

Answer

The default setting for lists is to share the list users equally amongst all the domains. You need to set a registry value AllowedListUsers= and set the value to the number of list users you want under that domain for each domain that yo run lists on, for example if you wanted to run a list with 200 members on domain.com set a registry undery under

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareInternetShopperMaildomain.comUsers

double click on the entry to open it for editing and add the line AllowedListUsers=200 to the multi_string

You should then stop and restart the Services.
