Symptoms
In some cases under Windows Vista, the MSHTML control used in the message compose window will not be loaded correctly. In a similar way, replying or forwarding to a message may cause OfficeTalk to crash.
Resolution
This problem can be resolved by installing the DHTML Editing Component. This may be downloaded from Microsoft’s Website, from their downloads section.
