Answer
The option to email support via the configuration interface, which is found under Support > Email Support provides the facility to get information through to support@gordano.com even when your mail sever is not sending out any mail.
Once you fill out the relevant information and Click on the Next button you are presented with the opportunity to nominate a mail server to send the message through. This defaults to Gordano Limited’s own mail server “mail.gordano.com”, if you then click on Send the WWW service will connect directly to mail.gordano.com to send the message, thereby bypassing the POST service on the local machine.
Gordano also provide an option to email support via their WWW Site although no files can be attached to these emails.
