Question
Local mail retreived from a pop mailbox via a scheduled dialup connection is queued in the outlocalhost directory and is not delivered to the lcoal mailboxes until the next dialup schedule.
Answer
Add another delivery rule for localhost with a retry of 10 minutes. This will allow the post server to retry local mail at a 10 minute interval while it will only attempt to post external mail when a dialup schedule has been initiated.
