In GLWebMail, I have checked the check box that says to save sent mail. But it does not. Also when I go back to check this option the check box is unchecked.

This is fixed in GLWebMail V6 and we would suggest that you upgrade to the most recent release. As a work-around in the meantime, if you delete the variable WebmailSaveSentMessages from the users area of the registry, the messages should be successfully saved once more. Please remember that you should always use regedt32 to access the registry as this supports multi string registry entries which are used extensively by Gordano’s products.
