Symptoms
I am unable to attach large files to messages when sending with WebMail
Small files can successfully be sent.
You may receive one of the following error messages:
- Request object error ‘ASP 0104 : 80004005’ Operation not Allowed :
- 007~ASP 0104~Operation not Allowed
- Error ‘80020009’ Exception occurred
Cause
The upload size limit in IIS (Internet Information Server) is too small.
Resolution
Increase the maximum upload file size. For more information see Microsoft KB 327659
