How do you use the shared address book from an Outlook client?

Detail

There are two main ways to use this feature:

1. Open a new email and begin typing the name of the recipient in the To: field. Then press CTRL+K to check the name. Outlook will do a search on the LDAP server for this name and the results will be shown. Select the address that you want from the list. Clicking Show More names will have an effect depending on your version of Outlook. Outlook 2000 will show all of the recent search results. Outlook 2002 will show the entire address book.

2. Click Tools | Address Book and select the Find Items button (or Tools | Find). Enter your search string and click OK. Browse through the results list, highlight the required entry and click New Message to open a new message with this contact in the To: field.
