Question
I am trying to configure GMS to allow clients to use their MSN home accounts as a dial-up in order to retrieve mail from their GMS accounts. They are able to receive messages but are unable to send mail.
Answer
This is due to them being remote from your local network. GMS has by default relay disabled for all but a local network. See FAQ entry 173 for more information.
