To remove Softalk Mail Server from your computer, close the Administrator and shutdown the Softalk Mail Server server application. OPen the Add or Remove Programs applet in Control Panel. Select Softalk Mail Server and then click Remove. Follow the instructions until the program has been removed from your system. Should you experience problems with this then some of the un-install information may have been deleted or lost. In this case, re-install Softalk Mail Server before attempting to remove it again in this way.
If the Softalk Mail Server installation folder has not been deleted by the un-install program then this can now be deleted manually. by default this is
C:Program FilesWorkgroupMail
Additionally for Softalk Mail Server v8 and WorkgroupMail v8, if the data folder has not been removed then this can now be deleted manually. by default this is
C:Program FilesCommon FilesSoftalkData
