My WebMail interface is timing out too quickly which is causing me to sometimes lose some emails I am working on. How can I prevent this?
Answer
Each user can adjust their own timeouts by logging in to the Administration interface and going to Mail > Account > Settings > Options and changing the value for the Session Timeout to the desired value. The maximum value is 240 minutes.
