How can I inform my users of my local support options?
Our organisation runs our own internal help desk for our users. I would like to be able to include details of how to contact this help desk within the Administration interface of GMS.
The interface includes a page Administration > Support > Support, specifically designed for this purpose. By default this page contains contact details for contacting the Gordano support team, but you can change this to contain your own contact details.
This is done by placing an HTML file called support.htm in the gordanomml directory. This file must be formatted using standard HTML markup, and can contain anything that you would like displayed on the above page.
We recommend however that it is reserved for the display of the contact details of your own in house help desk system.
