We currently use Lotus Notes. How can I move the mail from a Lotus Notes account into GMS?

There are a couple of ways to go about doing this:
Is there a POP gateway to Notes?
If so, you can use one of the many utilities available on the Internet such as “pullmail” to extract the mail from the Notes account and write it to the user mailbox in GMS.
Are you using IMAP with Notes?
If so, each user could do their own using an IMAP client.
