How can I change the date format used in the Out of Office message?
Workgroupmail sends the out of office reply using the date format defined in the Regional Settings on the server computer. Open Control Panel and double click ‘Regional and Language Options’. Click on the Customize button next to the selected language. On the Date tab change the short date format to be as required. You can choose one of the default formats or create your own format. A restart of the computer may be required before the change takes place.
