GMS provides a range of reports enabling server administrators to monitor and provide detailed reporting on the functioning and performance of GMS.

These include the performance of the server itself including throughput of messages, service uptime, disk usage, memory usage, license checks and so on.

Reports are also available indicating messages containing restricted or malicious content, current server activity, outbound mail activity, and so on.

All message transactions are fully logged, including inbound and outbound SMTP, POP and IMAP access and message collection, WebMail access, etc.

All message content passing through the system may be logged (or archived) in case access is required for audit at a later time.
