I have many users whose first language is not English, or who do not speak English at all. Can GMS Webmail be displayed in languages other than English?

GMS Webmail is translated into languages below.
Users can choose which language they use. Any server can support one or more languages at the same time.
For example, whilst the default language on your system my be English (United States), one user could have their interface in German whilst another uses Japanese.
Note: Browsers many need to have additional language packs installed to
display characters correctly.
