Answer
Yes. Once set up and configured using GMS Webmail the Bayesian filter will affect and filter all incoming mail to your user account. However you are currently unable to interact with or configure the filter from a standard POP or IMAP mail client.
Set up, configuration and "training" of the Bayesian filter, can currently only be undertaken via the GMS Webmail interface.
