Can I set expiry dates for accounts and mail?
Yes. In the GUI under Administrator > Mail > Users > (select user) we have added a new tab called "Expiry" which has two new entries.
AccountExpiry – this entry takes a date and stops emails arriving at an account once the date has passed. This setting affects all types of accounts. This means if an email comes in for an account that has passed the expiry date it will be rejected.
LogonExpiry – this entry takes a date and stops a user from logging on to a service. This means if a user tried to log on to collect mail they would be unable to do so.
