Answer

Yes, this is possible.

Due to popular demand from our customers, Gordano introduced this feature in build 3270.
An example of how this feature would be useful is if a member of staff recently got married and his/her existing account referenced the old surname.

Administration > Mail > Users > [Select user] > Edit > Rename account
