NotifyLink provides a robust set of multi-level filtering criteria based on subject, sender or specific words found in the body of the email. This allows you to have a filter based on a combination of the above, i.e. I only want to receive email from user@domain.com if the word important is in the subject line.
In addition to this you can have information sent to you between certain times to co-incide with when you are away from your desk. You can turn NotifyLink on and off immediately if you have to go into a meeting for example.
You can choose to have all email received whilst NotifyLink was off as soon as it is turned back on or for it to leave these messages in your inbox and for Push email to start from the time you switched it back on again.
