Yes. GMS Webmail has been updated to allow the time that a message should be sent to be specified as part of the message options. While the post service will continue to check this message at its specified retry interval, it will not send it out until the time specified has been reached.
This work has also involved update the POST service to understand the status field AFTER=<yyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss> in the idx file for a particular message.
