Different licenses provide controlled throughput and GMS Firewall has all of the security and boundary protection features of GMS Mail. You can run GMS Anti-Spam and GMS Anti-Virus on the firewall, providing complete protection for your internal network, passing all mail and web traffic that you allow through to your internal users.
User accounts can be verified on your internal servers using a range of authentication mechanisms including LDAP and Active Directory ensuring that mail addressed to unknown users is rejected directly at the boundary.
