How do I stop tips being displayed?

Answer:
 On upgrade/installation all versions of the admin GUI will display tips or informational banners from Gordano’s tip server. If you would like to stop the display of these tips, they may be disabled via the admin GUI.

To do this log in to the GUI and go to the Support > System Variables page, select the variable "allowtipserver" from the list of available variables and set it to a value of 2.

This option only works on versions running full product keys i.e. tips can not be disabled on trial or AP versions of Gordano’s products.
